2. We schedule a time to come into your office to complete the classified transcription. Provide us a link to download your unclassified audio files and we transcribe them remotely.
3. We accurately transcribe the audio files, and deliver polished, error-free transcripts within the agreed timeframe.
Who We Are
Since early 2017, the founder and creator of NOVASCRIBE LLC has developed specialized expertise in transcribing both unclassified and classified historical oral interviews along with classified audio files of depositions, interviews, and legal hearings into official documents.
Prior to his transcribing experience, James Rose served in the US Air Force as a Command Post Controller for 6 years.
He has been actively involved in working for different US Government agencies to include the Defense Intelligence Agency, US Army, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff History Office, Secretary of Defense Historical Office, and Department of Justice Office of Inspector General.

Project-Based Pricing
NOVASCRIBE has changed how transcription services are priced, benefiting the service provider and client simultaneously. Unlike other companies that charge per page or per hour, which can be problematic and less beneficial to both parties, NOVASCRIBE charges by the project.
This approach eliminates unnecessary problems associated with per-page billing and discourages long turnaround dates that can arise with hourly rates.
Our innovative pricing model is based on the duration of the audio file. This model incentivizes NOVASCRIBE to deliver high-quality work promptly and efficiently without jeopardizing key content vital to the transcript. Payment is only received upon the client’s acceptance of the completed transcripts.
